No charge for a 20 minute pre-meeting call: You can get to know me, ask questions about my services, and see if we are a good fit

Start your coaching journey with the 3-session package ($150 CAD total)
- Sessions are available in-person, phone, or online (Zoom)
- In-person sessions: Walk & talk or coffee meetup (Abbotsford, Canada only)
- Each session is 45 minutes long
- Included: Complementary weekly or bi weekly micro check-in using WhatsApp or text
- Private clients pay upfront by e-transfer
Individual / additional sessions are $70 each

Making a positive difference in someone else's life is my primary goal, however it is up to a client to show commitment by taking responsibility and allocating time to reach the objective.
